Only children above 10 years old may visit the Exhibition due to equipment size limitation.

Ticket reservation system opens 14 days before, and closes 24 hours before the given time-slot.

Currently, we accept only on-site payments (Lotte, Shinhan, Hana, Samsung, BC, Kookmin, Hyundai, Nonghyup Card).

Reservation deposit

In order to prevent no-show reservations, a non-refundable reservation deposit (KRW 5,000) is included in the ticket price. After the reservation, visitor shall transfer KRW5,000 by bank transfer in advance and KRW10,000 on-site.

Ticket change and cancellation
Cancellation policy

Visitors can change and cancel tickets up to 24 hours before the reservation time.

In case of arriving 20 minutes after the reservation time, the reservation will be canceled. In this case, the reservation deposit is not refundable.

If the visitor changes the date of reservation, there is no extra charge of reservation deposit. When changing the number of visitors, each additional person will be charged KRW 5,000 of reservation deposit.
